أسرار غابة ديفون: مذكراتي الطبيعية

The detailed sketches of the bog creatures are what sold me—Jo Brown really captures the tiny details you'd miss on a walk. It’s the kind of book you can pick up for five minutes and end up lost for an hour.

I’ve already spent two evenings flipping through this journal, completely drawn into Jo Brown’s watercolor sketches of woodland creatures. The detail in each page makes the bog beetle feel like a tiny living jewel.

The watercolor sketches of the bog beetle alone are worth it, and I keep flipping back to that page. It reads like a real diary rather than a field guide, which is exactly what I wanted.
