The shipping was fast and the hardcover feels sturdy enough to survive my coffee table chaos. I opened to a random page and found a gorgeous section on how cats' untamed spirit shaped modern art, which kept me reading way past my bedtime. Definitely a keeper for any feline obsessive.

The writing on cat artistry and their "untamed spirit" really captures why they're so fascinating, and the hardcover feels substantial in hand. It's the kind of book you actually sit down to read rather than just flip through.

I picked this up for my coffee table and keep flipping through it just to stare at how artists across the centuries captured that untamed side of cats. It leans more toward the grace and mystery angle than cute cat photos, which is exactly what I wanted.
