For the price, this gin’s juniper and citrus balance is spot-on—clean and crisp, but with that subtle lavender note that sets it apart. I’ve been using it in a simple gin and tonic, and it’s easily become my go-to.

The lavender comes through just enough to soften the citrus without muddying the juniper, and it mixes beautifully with a simple tonic. I've had it neat too, and it's smooth enough to sip slowly on a cold evening.

The juniper's sharp and clean up front, but that hint of lavender makes the finish feel softer and more floral than most London Drys I've tried. It's smooth enough to sip neat, though it also made a cracking martini last night.
