كتاب مطبخ التوابل

The section on spice-infused drinks alone is worth the price, and pairing it with the tin collection makes every recipe feel doable. I've already worked through a dozen of the 80+ dishes and the flavor combos are genuinely clever without being fussy.

The cocktail recipes are what sold me, and the smoky chai old-fashioned turned out even better than I expected. The hardcover feels sturdy enough to survive a splash or two in the kitchen, which is a nice bonus.

I've made four recipes from the food chapters already and each one turned out better than the last. The 80-plus recipe count sounded like filler until I realized how many of them are weeknight-simple.
